Seeking one additional roommate to fill an amazing home in San Marcos. It is a relatively new house (about 5 years old) located within the Santa Fe Hills community, only a short bike ride or walk from Palomar College. It is also only a few blocks from the 78, and makes for a quick commute to Carlsbad, Vista, Escondido, Oceanside, and the Cal State University (CSUSM). It is absolutely enormous measuring more than 3500 sq ft in size! The household currently consists of two males and two females, all of whom are good-natured, friendly, quiet, clean, and responsible. They are a mix of working professionals and students, all with busy schedules. And their ages range from around 20 to 33.
There are actually two rooms to choose between. The second room can be rented as well for extra personal space, or to be used as your own personal office at an additional $125 per month. The two rooms combine for a total of approximately 250 sq ft. They are available now. However, if you are targeting a later date (through Aug. 1) then that might be possible to accomodate.
We are looking for a clean, responsible occupant who can enjoy everyone's company, and respect each other's personal space. Reponsible young professionals are preferred. If you are looking for an Animal House environment to party in every night, please continue your search elsewhere. This household is a warm and friendly place, but also a mellow and quiet environment to come home to and relax / unwind after a long day. Utilities are split equally among all the roommates.
